"Phoenix" is an NCHA money earning son of Freckles Playboy, out of a money earning daughter of Doc Tari. Phoenix was unshown as a 2 and 3 year old. He went into cutting training as a late 4 year old. 

  "Phoenix" was the 2002 Montana Cutting Horse Association $1,000 Novice Horse Year End Champion and the 2003 Montana Cutting Horse Association $10,000 Novice Horse Reserve Champion. When he retired from competition, he was scoring consistently in the 73-75 range. He has NCHA earnings of just under $10,000.

  "Phoenix" has tremendous athletic ability, impeccable conformation and a great temperament. His foals possess his structural correctness, disposition and athleticism. "Phoenix" has produced NRHA, AQHA, and roping money and point earners.
